If you have old family slides, did you know that they are dying and there is NOTHING that you can to do to stop that process! Color shifting, color fading, delaminating of the slide mount and mold, are just some of the destructive elements that are destroying your family photographs.

Color fade and shift.
The layers of chemicals that are sensitive to the light, were not stable on older slides. As such, the color on your precious family memories is shifting and dying. The ONLY remedy is to scan and digitize those images. Through the use of special software and hardware I am able to correct for most of the loss that is occurring.

How bad can it be?A lot of the degradation of older images can be attributed to the storage environment. Most people don't go to the trouble of storing their images in a ph neutral, humidity and temperature controlled environment. These storage conditions will accelerate the destruction. As a result, other problems will occur, such as mold spores on the images.
